Computer Management Default Window Choices?

Something that has always baffled me...

Why, oh why did someone at Microsoft choose to collapse "Services and Applications" by default. The number of times that I use Storage or System Tools pales in comparison to the tools found in Services and Applications. As a developer, I often touch IIS, SQL Server, and the Services. It wouldn't bother me if it snapped right open--but on a machine with all of your developer tools loaded (Sql Server, IIS, a couple copies of Visual Studio, Sql Management Studio, etc.), it can take a few seconds to load for no apparent reason.

I see room for improvement for Windows 7 here...
